Description
Indonesian and Qatari citizens with an IC/electronic passport can visit Japan for up to 15 days without a visa by pre-registering their trip. Japan Visa Waiver can be applied for up to 14 weeks before the planned travel date. For bundle package with passport, assistance by the SPUN team is only available for immigration offices in the Jakarta area. Applications in non-Jakarta areas will be provided with online assistance

- Do not have any active JAVES.
- No history of immigration violations in Japan.

Required for
Electronic passport *
Passport must be valid for at least 6 months, be an electronic passport with a biometric chip, and clearly display your name, date of birth, and other personal details.
Passport endorsement page *
Attach the endorsement pages even if they contain no remarks. - For e-passport, this refers to pages 4 and 5. - For polycarbonate passport, this refers to pages 2 and 3.
Cover of electronic passport *
Passport cover must display the document title “PASSPORT,” the name of the issuing country, the national emblem, and the biometric symbol.

You may be asked to submit additional documents if required after verification or embassy review, depending on your personal circumstances.
National ID (KTP) *
Official government-issued identity card that serves as proof of identity and residence.
Previous Japan Visa Waiver (Optional) *

Previous passport (Optional) *
