The passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the departure date. Name must be consistent across the passport, birth certificate, ID card, and family card, if there is any discrepancy, a PM1 (Name Discrepancy Letter) issued by the local district office is required.

Invitation letter from a Chinese company. Also attached is a copy of the company's SIUP (business license) from China. The invitation letter must include: - Information about the invited party (name, gender, passport number, etc.) - Information about the visit (purpose, arrival and departure dates, relationship with the inviter, places to be visited, party responsible for costs in China) - Information about the inviting party (name, phone number, signature, address, official seal) If the invitation letter is from an individual in China: it must include a copy of the inviting individual's ID from China, an example can be viewed here

Certificate of Current Employment : - Printed with letterhead - Wet-stamped - Wet-signed by the person in charge - Include details of address of company, job title, join date, contact person of responsible person - A statement in the employment proof should indicating the period during which the company grants the applicant permission to travel (e.g., from February 1st, 2025, to February 7th, 2025). - A statement should confirming that the applicant will return to Indonesia after the specified period. Statement letter stating the status of applicant as a student issued by the education institution. Must be in English. You can see the template here

For applicants under the Medan jurisdiction, it is mandatory to provide proof that the applicant is currently in Indonesia. This proof may be in the form of an Indonesian Immigration entry stamp.
