Finland Work Residence Permit

Description

Residence Permit for an Employed Person is intended for foreign nationals (including Indonesian citizens) who have official employment in Finland and plan to stay for more than 90 days. The permit is valid only for work in the specific professional field stated in the permit and the validity period can be extended. During the application process, the employer must also provide detailed information about the job and proof of the applicant’s professional skills on the Employer’s Enter Finland system. After applying for your residence permit, you will not be able to take home your passport while your visa application is being processed. After completion, you can collect your visa and passport at SPUN Operations Office. Alternatively, you can also book this delivery service for delivery within Jakarta, or book this delivery service for delivery to other cities outside Jakarta.

Eligibility

Am I eligible for this visa?

1. Have a valid job offer or contract in Finland, which also registered by the employer on the Employer’s Enter Finland system.
2. Relevant qualifications and professional skills, confirmed by employer.
3. Minimum income of EUR 1,600 gross per month.
4. No visa rejection in the past 3-6 months for any Schengen country.
5. Passport is valid for at least 1 year from the intended departure to Finland.
6. Passport has at least 2 blank pages for visa stamps and has been issued within the last 10 years.
7. No record of overstaying in any European country.
8. No criminal record or ongoing legal cases.
9. Never been deported from any country.

Please note that tax invoices can only be requested for paid invoices and the request must be submitted no later than the 15th of the following month after the invoice is paid.

A tax invoice cannot be issued under the following conditions: - The order status is unpaid - The tax invoice request is submitted after the 15th of the following month from the payment date - The order or application is currently in the refund process
