Proof of purpose of stay, must include information on the total number of semesters and the current active semester. This can be proven through: - A certificate of admission from the educational institution - A document verifying student status - Other credible supporting documents

Official government-issued identity card that serves as proof of identity and residence.

Certificate that shows that you & your dependent are family from your country

Birth certificate showing full name, date, and place of birth.

Proof of language knowledge required for study purposes, can be provided through: - A language certificate showing proficiency test results - An official diploma confirming studies in a foreign language - Other credible supporting documents

Attach the proof of payment for the intended study program

Bank statement for the last 3 months with a wet stamp from the bank. It's advisable to have a stable bank statement with no sudden fluctuations in funds or balance to increase your approval rate. Include: - Applicant's name and address - Bank account number

Bank reference letter issued by the bank with a wet stamp and the bank’s contact number. The letter must state the current balance in your account.

Certificate of latest education (junior/senior high school, bachelor's degree, master's degree, or PhD)

Attach your latest academic transcript

Copy accommodation proof of first 3 months living, or the entire duration of the visit. Can be in the form of hotel reservation, rental agreement, sworn statement/undertaking from the host (establishment/institution or private individual) or explanatory letter detailing how the accommodation is planned.

Provide the valid insurance for the destination country.

For scholarship awardee attached certificate/ document stating the amount and duration of the scholarship.

History of visas and immigration stamps from any country, including those in your expired previous passport, to support your visa application and increase the approval rate.

Certificate of Current Employment : - Printed with letterhead - Wet-stamped - Wet-signed by the person in charge - Include details of address of company, job title, join date, contact person of responsible person - A statement in the employment proof should indicating the period during which the company grants the applicant permission to travel (e.g., from February 1st, 2025, to February 7th, 2025). - A statement should confirming that the applicant will return to Indonesia after the specified period. Parental consent must be provided in an official document (such as a notarized statement or certified declaration) and must include a certified translation in either Hungarian or English.
