Passport should be valid for at least 6 months beyond your planned departure date.

You may be asked to submit additional documents if required after verification or embassy review, depending on your personal circumstances.

Provide with parents bank statement of 6 months with sufficient amount.

Must include an official recommendation letter from the Ministry of Education Taiwan. Official Student Exchange application letter from the Indonesian school/university stating personal details, student details (major, semester), and purpose (exchange to which university), complete with school letterhead and official stamp. For Exchange Programs less than 6 months, no medical check-up documents are required. For more than 6 months, medical check-up documents are mandatory

Letter of Acceptance or Certificate of Enrollment/registration proof, and the latest transcript (original and photocopy) and should include: - Include the major, degree, and duration of schooling in Mandarin and English - List the language of instruction - Must include the latest date of arrival in Taiwan or the start date of the semester - Attach an original hard copy (not an electronic file)

Provide original and certified copy of your academic transcripts and educational certificate (Degree, Diploma etc.) or letter/statement from your Overseas Education Institution. For overseas graduates, the documents must be apostilled.

- Minimum transaction for the last 6 months with an average balance of USD 4000 or more. - Financial evidence can be using accounts belonging to parents or other relatives, but they must be relatives registered in the same family card (KK) and the relationship must be verifiable. - Scholarship awardee can attach proof of scholarship acceptance, and the scholarship must be official.

- The validity of the medical certificate is 3 months from the date of issuance - Medical tests can be done at major hospitals or clinics referred to here - If the MMR vaccine result is negative, proof of vaccination is required

- Required for undergraduate students and exchange students with a study period of more than 6 months - Not required for master's students, doctoral students, overseas Chinese students, students "Recommendation by Overseas Senior High Schools", students "Industry-Academia Collaboration Program", and students "Program 2+i" Language proficiency standards (choose one) - TOCFL certificate at a level above A2 - TOEFL with an IBT score above 26 / ITP score above 385 - TOEIC with a TOEIC score above 375 - IELTS with an IELTS score above 3.0
