Provide us your Certificate of Witholding Tax Income (Surat Pemberitahuan Tahunan Pajak). Make sure the tax return is signed in the signature column.

Provide a certified copy of your academic transcripts and educational certificate (Degree, Diploma etc.) or letter/statement from your Overseas Education Institution.

You must provide evidence of minimum test scores in English, with the test completed within the past two years.

Certificate of Current Employment : - Printed with letterhead - Wet-stamped - Wet-signed by the person in charge - Include details of address of company, job title, join date, contact person of responsible person - A statement in the employment proof should indicating the period during which the company grants the applicant permission to travel (e.g., from February 1st, 2025, to February 7th, 2025). - A statement should confirming that the applicant will return to Indonesia after the specified period. The company’s Deed of Incorporation, with the applicant’s name stated in the document.

Provide your certificate of asset (such as house ownership)

Letter of acceptance from the educational institution that explains the applicant is eligible to attend the program completed with information of program period.

For scholarship awardee attached certificate/ document stating the amount and duration of the scholarship.

Provide a clear copy of your previous passport showing the bio-data page and any visa or entry stamps, if available.

Provide with bank statement for the last 6 months. The amount of money in the Bank account must be enough to cover applicants tuition fee and living cost. Applicants can upload personal, spouse, or parents bank accounts. For spouse and parents bank account, please upload along with statement letter, stating that your tuition fee and living cost will be covered by third parties.

Bank reference letter issued by the bank with a wet stamp and the bank’s contact number. The letter must state the current balance in your account.

Sponsor Letter if funded by another party (English)

Official proof of your marital status. You can obtain it from your local civil registry office.

Photocopy of ID Card / Green Card / US Citizen if there are relatives in the USA (if applicable)
