Passport should be valid for at least 6 months beyond your planned departure date.

Certificate of Current Employment : - Printed with letterhead - Wet-stamped - Wet-signed by the person in charge - Include details of address of company, job title, join date, contact person of responsible person - A statement in the employment proof should indicating the period during which the company grants the applicant permission to travel (e.g., from February 1st, 2025, to February 7th, 2025). - A statement should confirming that the applicant will return to Indonesia after the specified period. History of working experiences and education background with your current position in the company/institution.

If you are undertaking research in Australia, attach a copy of your research (thesis/project) topic.

Official proof of your marital status. You can obtain it from your local civil registry office.

This document must include your plans for the period of your stay, including your expectations and the benefits it will provide for your professional and personal development. Additionally, you should outline your future plans after the residence period has ended.

Certificate of latest education (junior/senior high school, bachelor's degree, master's degree, or PhD)

History of visas and immigration stamps from any country, including those in your expired previous passport, to support your visa application and increase the approval rate.

Provide a clear copy of your previous passport showing the bio-data page and any visa or entry stamps, if available.

- A confirmation for all intended courses if applying outside Australia. - A letter of offer for all intended courses if applying in Australia (CoE must be provided before the visa can be granted) You do not need to provide a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) if you are: - Enrolled in a full-time course of study or training under a scholarship scheme approved by the Australian Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade: provide a letter of support - Sponsored by the Australian Department of Defence: provide a letter of support - Secondary exchange student: provide an Acceptance Advice of Secondary Exchange Student (AASES) form - Postgraduate research student who needs to stay in Australia while your thesis is marked: provide a letter from your education provider

You must provide evidence of minimum test scores in English, with the test completed within the past two years.

Official government-issued identity card that serves as proof of identity and residence.

Provide bank statements showing a minimum balance of AUD 29,710 per year. This amount covers living expenses only and does not include travel costs or tuition fees for one year. If you still need to pay tuition fees in your first year, add those fees to the required bank balance.

Certificate that shows that you & your dependent are family from your country

Birth certificate showing full name, date, and place of birth.

Sponsorship letter from family or spouse stated that they are willing to support you during your studies.

Payroll slip from a person who sponsor your study. To provide evidence that they have a certain minimum annual income.

Bank statement for the last 3 months. It's advisable to have a stable bank statement with no sudden fluctuations in funds or balance to avoid raising suspicion at the embassy.

Sponsor Letter if funded by another party (English)

Provide a certified copy of your academic transcripts and educational certificate (Degree, Diploma etc.) or letter/statement from your Overseas Education Institution.
