■Experience days: Weekdays and some Saturdays ■Start time: 10:00, 13:00, 15:00 ■Time required: About 30 minutes ■Access: Kanamori Alloy Co., Ltd. (6-100 Matsumura, Kanazawa-shi) [Itinerary] ▶ Personalized engraving experience ■Choose your favorite design from the animal confectionary cutter "Pheasant, Fish, Rabbit, eagle". ■I will engrave with a hammer using alphabetic and numeric engraving. Create your own cutlery rest with your own pattern, name, initials, birthdays, anniversaries, serial numbers, etc. ▶ Tour of traditional sand casting foundry ■You can visit a traditional sand casting foundry that has been handed down since 1714. Here is a guide to the current foundry that has been in operation since Showa 45. * The tour time for the melting and casting (metal pouring) process is 15:00, but there is a possibility that it will change depending on the production schedule.
