Day 01

Arrive Athens – Meet at Fresh Hotel, City Walk and Welcome Reception

Check into hotel. Optional walk around the Plaka area in the afternoon, enjoying the markets and cafes at the foot of the Acropolis. Join us for a welcome reception in the evening at the rooftop bar of our hotel, with views of the Acropolis

Day 02

Athens and Welcome Dinner

Athens walking street food tour, where we will explore markets, cafés, “ouzerias” and renowned pastry shops in Athens. In the evening we will participate in a Greek Dance class followed by a group welcome dinner, after which we will retire to the rooftop bar of the Fresh Hotel with its Acropolis views.

Day 03

Athens Exploration

reakfast at Fresh Hotel. Guided walking tour of Athens, visiting Zeus Temple, Hadrian’s Arch, and the Acropolis. Afternoon visit to the Acropolis Museum. Evening at leisure, where you can explore Athens on your own or join in for a group walk to the Thission open air cinema.

Athens to Chania

Breakfast at Fresh Hotel. Depart for Chania. Check-in at Hotel Porto Veneziano. Relax in Chania. Guided tour of the old town in the afternoon. Dinner in a traditional taverna

Chania Villages Exploration

Full-day tour exploring villages, hidden churches, and natural landscapes.

Day 06

Chania Cooking Class in Vamos

Visit the traditional village of Vamos for a hands-on cooking class. Long table feast enjoying the food you have prepared

Day 07

Chania to Axos

Drive to Axos via Souda Bay and Rethymnon. Guided walking tour of Rethymnon. Check-in at Enagron eco-tourist resort. Group dinner in the town

Day in Axos

Breakfast at Enagron. Relaxation at Enagron or optional activities like hiking and exploring. Participation in the preparation of a village-style lunch.

Excursion to Preveli

Breakfast at Enagron. Full-day excursion to Preveli Monastery. Visit traditional villages and optional swim at Preveli beach.

Axos to Sitia

Drive to Agios Nikolaos and stroll around the bay. Afternoon drive to Sitia via Mohlos (time permitting). Check-in at Palazzo di Sitia.

Sitia Olive Farms and Zakros

Presentation about the Lasithi olive oil producing region. Full-day excursion visiting olive farms, vineyards, Zakros village and Zakros Minoan palaces.

Sitia to Knossos and Iraklion

Early departure for Knossos. Guided exploration of Knossos. Lunch in the village square of Archanes. Drive to Heraklion

Day 13

Heraklion Museums and Cretan Dinner

Visit the Archaeological Museum and Historical Museum of Iraklion. Afternoon free for exploration or shopping. Cretan Dinner in a traditional village.

Heraklion to Athens

Breakfast at Hotel. Coach transfer to Heraklion Airport for flight to Athens
