7 Lagoons of Ausangate Trek and Pacchanta Hot Springs
The tour starts at 4:00 am, when our vehicle will pick you up from your hotel. We will travel for 3 hours to the town of Tinki, where you will have the chance to stock up on anything you have not yet bought for the trip. Then, we will continue for 45 minutes until we reach Pacchata, where you will enjoy a hearty breakfast to get ready for the walk. In Pacchata, we will begin our beautiful walk towards the 7 Lagoons. The hike will last 5 hours, during which we will visit the lagoons of Otorongo Macho, Otorongo Hembra, Puka Cocha, Alka Cocha, Q'omer Cocha, Azul Cocha, and Pata Cocha. Along the way, you will also witness some of the highest peaks in the region, such as Ausangate, Mariposa, Pucapunta, Caracol, Jampa, Tinki, and Qayangate. At the end of the tour, we will return to Pacchata, where you will have the opportunity to enjoy its relaxing hot springs. After spending a prudent amount of time in the thermal baths, we will have a delicious buffet lunch. Later, we will return to the city of Cusco, arriving at approximately 7:00 pm.
