Sultanpur Birdwatching and Farrukhnagar Heritage Exploration

07:00 AM - Pickup from Delhi Early morning pickup from your hotel, residence, or airport in Delhi. Drive towards the Gurugram countryside in a comfortable private vehicle. The route passes through green farmlands and rural villages of Haryana. Travel time: approximately 1.5 hours. 08:30 AM - Arrival at Sultanpur National Park Reach Sultanpur National Park, one of the best birdwatching destinations near Delhi. About the Park Spread over about 142 hectares of wetlands. Declared a National Park in 1991. Home to more than 250 species of birds. Activities Enjoy a nature walk along the birdwatching trails. Take bird photographs from the observation towers. Spot migratory birds such as flamingos, pelicans, cranes, and ducks. Learn about wetland ecology from your guide. Duration: 2-2.5 hours. 11:00 AM - Drive to Farrukhnagar After exploring the bird sanctuary, drive towards the historic town of Farrukhnagar. Distance: approximately 12 km. Travel time: 30 minutes. 11:30 AM - Visit Farrukhnagar Fort and Heritage Walk Explore the magnificent Farrukhnagar Fort, a hidden architectural gem of Haryana. Highlights Built in 1732 by Nawab Faujdar Khan during the Mughal era. Known for its grand Sheesh Mahal (Palace of Mirrors). Beautiful Mughal-style gateways and arches.
