Depart for Chitral by van and visit the Buddhist monasteries at Mardan. Travel through the Swat Motorway and the newly constructed tunnel. Have lunch at Upper Dir. Cross the Lowari Tunnel to the Chitral side. Continue to Kosht in Upper Chitral for an overnight stay.

Trek from Kosht to Lone Village
