Day 01

Private Boat Picnic and Hidden Lavender Fields in Verdon

I'll take you to one of my favorite spots in Gorges du Verdon, where I go with my family and friends. The best way to explore this unique place is by boat ride through the canyon, the biggest in all Europe. You'll drive your own little private electric boat and enjoy a picnic with some local wines. You can jump into the water or simply unwind while admiring the nature during this easy 2-hour ride on very calm water. Then we'll stop at a few lavender fields off the beaten path. If you're lucky, you'll be the only one strolling there and taking pictures. Their beauty is truly indescribable, even after the blooming period! The next stop is the perched village of Sainte-Croix, with its incredible view over Lake Sainte-Croix. Enjoy free time for a walk through the village or beach time by the lake. In case of bad weather, instead of the boat ride, I'll drive you to the charming village of Moustiers-Sainte-Marie.
