10:00 - Meet your local guide in Piazza Aubry, Gragnano, near Castellammare di Stabia. Street parking may be available nearby. 10:15 - Follow CAI trail 332 into the Valle dei Mulini. Discover the historic mills, water channels and hydraulic engineering connected to Gragnano’s milling and pasta-making heritage. Walk toward Sorgente Forma, now associated with the GORI water facility; entry to the facility is not included. The technical trail is approximately 2.3 km, with about 220 metres of ascent, and the overall walk is approximately 3 km. 13:00 - Return to Piazza Aubry and finish the guided hike. 13:30 - Enjoy an included restaurant lunch featuring local specialities. Please communicate dietary needs in advance; menu details are confirmed when booking. 16:00 - End of the experience. The route is classified E, with a medium physical activity level.
