Itinerary

Day 01

Marrakech to Ouarzazate via Telouate and Ait Ben Haddou

Departure in the morning towards the High Atlas via the Tizi n'Tichka Pass at 2260 m altitude, passing by the Kasbah of Télouet for a visit to the Kasbah of Pacha Glaoui. Lunch on site at the Tasga restaurant. Then, by an old caravan track, reach the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou through the Ounila Valley, dotted with Berber villages. Continue on the road to Ouarzazate.

Day 02

Ouarzazate to Toudra Gorges via the Valley of Roses and Dades

After breakfast, cross the Valley of Roses to reach the Dades Valley at the Kasbah of Ait Youl. Go up through the Dades Valley to Dades Gorges and visit the gorges. Descend the Dades Valley to Boumalne, then continue towards the Toudra Gorges, visit the gorges, and spend the night there. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 03

Todra Gorges to Zagora through Jbel Saghro

Departure by tracks through the Jbel Saghro massif, a route little frequented by tourists. Lunch with locals or on the road according to the program. Continue to reach Zagora, passing through the Draa Valley, a palm grove stretching 200 km. Overnight in a hotel.

Day 04

Zagora to Chegaga via Tamegroute and M'hamid

Morning departure to Tamgroute and visit the Zaouïa, the old Koranic library, pottery artisans, and an underground Kasbah. Continue to the oasis of Tagouenite via Ait Isfoul, arrive in M'hamid, and have lunch on site. Take the track to the dunes of Chegaga to admire the sunset. Dinner and overnight under the tent.

Day 05

Chegaga to Ouarzazate via Lake Iriki and Taznakht

Wake up early to watch the sunrise over the dunes, then have breakfast. Depart for Foum Zguid, visiting the nomads who live in their tents, passing by Lake Iriki and the desert plateau dotted with acacia trees. Arrive at the village of Foum Zguid by taking the paved road. Lunch in Taznakhte and continue to Ouarzazate.

Day 06

Ouarzazate to Marrakech via the Oasis of Fint

After breakfast, depart for the Oasis of Fint, set at the top of a rocky peak, and discover the oasis nestled in the hollow of the wadi, surrounded by mountains. See four small villages where time seems to stand still and where the inhabitants peacefully live off the resources of this marvellous oasis. Lunch on the road to Marrakech and overnight at your hotel. End of the tour.
