Arrival in Bari and Sunset Walk in Trani
Arrive at Bari Airport or Bari Centrale and meet your private driver for the transfer to Trani at 15:00. Check in at a boutique hotel in the historic centre for a two-night stay (Palazzo Paciotti or similar). Our team will arrange luggage delivery to your room, as the historic centre is pedestrianised. At 18:00, meet your licensed local guide in front of Trani Cathedral for a sunset walk around the fishing harbour, medieval quarter, and Jewish quarter, including Sinagoga Scolanova. At 19:30, enjoy a welcome aperitivo with local products by the harbour. Dinner is at leisure. Overnight in Trani.

2Day 02
Castel del Monte and Moscato di Trani Tasting
After breakfast at the hotel, depart Trani at 10:00 for a guided visit to Castel del Monte, with priority access and no queues. Return to Trani at about 13:00 and enjoy free time for lunch. At 16:30, join a guided tasting of Moscato di Trani DOC and wines from the Murge at a historic winery. Return to the hotel at about 18:00. Overnight in Trani.

Burrata, Olive Oil, and Bari at Sunset
After breakfast and check-out, meet at 09:00 by Chiesa di Santa Teresa, near the hotel. Our team will handle the luggage. Visit a traditional dairy for a hands-on mozzarella and burrata experience with tasting, then continue to a local olive mill to taste extra-virgin olive oil and learn about its production. Arrive in Bari at about 15:00 and check in at Hotel Boston or similar. At 18:00, meet at Piazza Federico II di Svevia, by the entrance to Castello Svevo, for a guided sunset walk through Bari's historic centre. Evening at leisure. Overnight in Bari.

Alberobello Trulli and Polignano a Mare
After breakfast, meet your driver at the hotel at 09:00 and travel to Alberobello for a guided walk through the UNESCO-listed trulli district, with local artisans and stories about local traditions. Continue to Polignano a Mare for tastings, including traditional focaccia and the town's special coffee, followed by a walking tour of the historic centre and its sea-view terraces. Depart for Bari at 14:00. Afternoon and evening at leisure. Overnight in Bari.

Matera's Sassi and Return to Bari
After breakfast and check-out, meet your driver at the hotel at 09:00 and travel to Matera for a guided visit to the Sassi districts, including a cave dwelling, a rock-hewn church, and an Amaro Lucano tasting. Enjoy free time in Matera from 12:30 to 15:00. At 15:00, depart for Bari Airport or Bari Centrale. End of services.
