Mount Bromo Sunrise Trek and Volcano Exploration
12:00 AM: Pick up from Malang or Surabaya by private car and travel to Tosari Pasuruan, the jeep basecamp. 12:00 AM: Pick up from Malang or Surabaya by private car and travel to Tosari Pasuruan, the jeep basecamp. The driver will drop you off about 300 meters from the base of Bromo Volcano. It takes about 25 minutes to cross the dusty plain to reach the bottom of the volcano, followed by a short 7-minute hike up the stairs. After watching the sunrise over Bromo, return to the jeep.
