Day 01

Arrival in Bari and Sunset Walk in Trani

Arrive at Bari Airport or Bari Centrale railway station. A private driver will meet you in the arrivals area according to your arrival time. Transfer by dedicated minivan to Trani and check in for a two-night stay at a boutique hotel (Palazzo Paciotti or similar). The historic centre is pedestrian-only, so our team will take your luggage directly to your room. At 6:00 pm, meet your licensed local guide by the seafront Romanesque cathedral for a sunset walk through the fishing harbour, medieval quarter and Jewish quarter, including Sinagoga Scolanova. At 7:30 pm, enjoy a welcome aperitivo with local products at a harbour-side venue. Dinner is at leisure. Overnight in Trani.

Day 02

Castel del Monte and Moscato di Trani Tasting

Breakfast at the hotel. At 10:00 am, depart from Trani for a guided visit to Castel del Monte, with priority entry. Return to Trani at 1:00 pm and enjoy lunch at leisure. At 4:30 pm, join a guided wine tour and taste Moscato di Trani DOC and wines from the Murge at a historic winery. Return to the hotel at about 6:00 pm. Overnight in Trani.

Day 03

Burrata, Olive Oil and Sunset in Bari

Breakfast and check-out. Meet at 9:00 am by Santa Teresa Church, near your hotel. Our team will handle your luggage. Visit a traditional dairy for a hands-on mozzarella and burrata-making experience followed by a tasting, then continue to a local olive mill for an extra-virgin olive-oil tasting and an introduction to Apulian olive-oil production. Arrive in Bari at about 3:00 pm and check in at Hotel Boston or similar. At 6:00 pm, meet at Piazza Federico II di Svevia, by the entrance to the Swabian Castle, for a guided sunset walk in Bari's historic centre. Evening at leisure. Overnight in Bari.

Day 04

Alberobello Trulli and Polignano a Mare

After breakfast, meet your driver at the hotel at 9:00 am and travel to Alberobello. Join a guided walk among the UNESCO-listed trulli, meet local artisans and hear about local traditions. Continue to Polignano a Mare for tastings, including traditional focaccia and the town's special coffee, then walk through the old town and along its sea-facing panoramic terraces. Depart for Bari at 2:00 pm. Afternoon and evening at leisure. Overnight in Bari.

Day 05

Matera and the Sassi Districts

Breakfast and check-out. At 9:00 am, meet your driver at the hotel and travel to Matera. Leave your luggage at the hotel, then meet your guide at 10:30 am for a guided visit to the Sassi districts, including a cave dwelling, a rupestrian church and a tasting of Amaro Lucano. The visit ends at 12:30 pm. Enjoy free time to explore Matera and see the city at sunset. Overnight in Matera.

Baroque Lecce and Papier-Mâché Workshop

Breakfast and check-out. Private transfer from Matera to Lecce at 10:00 am. Check in at Hotel President or similar for a four-night stay. Leave your luggage and enjoy free time for lunch. At 4:00 pm, meet at Via Vico de Argentis 16/A for a three-hour tour of Lecce's Baroque architecture combined with a traditional papier-mâché workshop. The experience includes a tasting of traditional coffee and pasticciotto. Evening at leisure. Overnight in Lecce.

Otranto and Gallipoli by Ape Calessino

After breakfast, meet your driver at the hotel at 9:00 am and travel to Otranto. Explore Italy's easternmost town by traditional Ape Calessino, including the historic centre and cathedral with its mosaic floor, then enjoy free time. Continue to Gallipoli; lunch is at leisure. In the afternoon, take an Ape Calessino tour through Gallipoli's historic centre, with noble palaces, Baroque churches, lanes and sea views. Return to Lecce. Evening at leisure. Overnight in Lecce.

Taranto and Brindisi Panoramic Rides

After breakfast, meet your driver at the hotel at 9:00 am and travel first to Taranto, the ancient capital of Magna Graecia, for a panoramic Ape Calessino tour. At 11:30 am, depart for Brindisi. On arrival, take an Apecar ride through the historic port city. Return to Lecce at about 3:00-3:30 pm. Free time. Overnight in Lecce.

Manduria Wine and Grottaglie Ceramics

After breakfast, meet your driver at the hotel at 9:00 am and travel to Manduria. Visit a local winery with a guide and taste Primitivo wine. Then transfer to Grottaglie to visit a traditional ceramics workshop and take part in a small workshop to make a ceramic object. Return to Lecce at 3:30 pm. Evening at leisure. Overnight in Lecce.
